Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for website questions and ideas, triaging requests and coordinating follow-through with partners.
  • Create new solution, use case, and product pages end to end, including narrative, copy, build, and publish coordination.
  • Keep existing website pages accurate and aligned as the product and positioning evolve.
  • Write and update copy that reflects the company’s infrastructure-first API positioning.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear narratives tied to business outcomes.
  • Own strategic positioning and narratives for top use cases such as voice agents, medical scribes, AI note takers, and customer calls.
  • Translate product and feature launches into use-case-specific solution campaigns.
  • Identify emerging use cases and verticals from customer feedback, signup trends, and market signals.
  • Build and maintain enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and messaging guides.
  • Drive enablement programs that create shared understanding of target buyers and how to sell to them.
  • Partner with growth on customer expansion and upsell campaigns.
  • Source and produce customer marketing assets including case studies, quotes, and video content.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle and demand gen on activation campaigns, including email nurtures, onboarding flows, and personalized targeting.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Experience at a developer-focused or API-first company is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to make technical products clear and compelling.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into positioning that connects to business outcomes for enterprise buyers.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials that influence revenue metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional project management and communication skills.
  • Deep curiosity about Voice AI and interest in marketing infrastructure for voice-powered products.
  • Fluency with AI and LLMs in daily workflow, including using them for research, drafting, analysis, and iteration.
  • A point of view on where AI tools help and where they get in the way.
  • Experience in AI/ML, conversation intelligence, or voice tech is a bonus.
  • Background marketing to developers and product teams is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems and modern GTM strategies is a bonus.
