Description

  • Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack applications using .NET Core and React.
  • Address frontend and backend security vulnerabilities in line with secure coding standards and OWASP principles.
  • Translate architectural guidance into clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to technical design discussions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and frontend-backend interactions.
  • Use AI tools and agentic workflows, including Claude Code, to accelerate feature delivery, refactoring, and automated testing.
  • Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage while maintaining code quality and CI/CD standards.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate across product and engineering teams to resolve complex production issues and deliver pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven backend development experience with .NET Core and C#, with familiarity with legacy ASP.NET.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
  • Experience using Claude Code through terminal, IDE, and GitHub integrations.
  • Practical experience applying AI agents and AI-driven workflows across the software development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, and microservices and monolithic architecture patterns.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, query optimization, and schema design.
  • Familiarity with AWS, containerization, RESTful API design, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to proactively own work, solve complex production issues, and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across product and engineering.
  • Interest in using AI technologies to improve development efficiency and code quality.
