Description

  • Partner with Product, colleagues and customers to identify needs, challenge assumptions and define valuable outcomes.
  • Explore solution options, prototype ideas and make trade-offs on scope, complexity and delivery priorities.
  • Own technical design and full-stack implementation within a mature, widely used analytics product.
  • Collaborate with QA and Design to build in privacy, security, accessibility, performance and compatibility.
  • Deliver changes incrementally, monitor their production impact and improve them using customer feedback and evidence.
  • Use approved AI tools to explore, prototype, build, review and test software while validating outputs and maintaining accountability.
  • Improve capabilities across domains including measurement integrity, human analytics, AI analytics, growth, and enterprise platform.
  • Consider the needs of open-source users, integrations and plugins when evolving product systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering full-stack software.
  • Ability to investigate complex problems and make sound technical design decisions.
  • Product judgment and a customer-focused approach to defining and delivering valuable changes.
  • Experience owning outcomes and shaping solutions with incomplete requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in mature systems without unnecessary rewrites.
  • Ability to balance delivery speed with quality, privacy, security and backward compatibility.
  • Strong experience using AI throughout development, including requirements refinement, prompting, building, testing and validating results.
  • Strong written and spoken English for a global, asynchronous work environment.
  • Experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Vue.js or TypeScript (helpful, not required).
  • Experience with open source, plugins, APIs, integrations, analytics, data-intensive systems, enterprise software, product management or UI/UX design (preferred).
