Description

  • Own and rationalize the legacy report and capability inventory, determining which reports are retained, redirected, rebuilt, or retired.
  • Groom and prioritize the backlog across data replication, curated-layer, semantic-model, and reporting-enablement workstreams.
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design validation by gathering baseline requirements, resolving ambiguity, and locking scope.
  • Drive requirements and backlog decisions to meet fixed delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with architecture, security and privacy governance, and data development leads.
  • Track and communicate progress across design validation, build, and cutover-readiness gates.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst on data, BI, or reporting programs with end-to-end backlog ownership.
  • Experience rationalizing a large legacy report inventory into a governed, business-defined reporting product.
  • Experience working directly with Finance or other business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and resolve ambiguity.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive decisions against deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of source-to-curated data flows, semantic layers, and BI tools.
  • Fluent English at C1 level for daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial or general-ledger reporting, including charts of accounts, dimensions, and close processes (preferred).
  • Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial-services reporting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or another enterprise BI semantic layer from a product or requirements perspective (preferred).
