Description

  • Own product decisions for the compensation range-setting tool, recommendation engine, and monitoring dashboard.
  • Define data pipelines and products using historical ranges, offers, incumbent data, and attrition data.
  • Partner with Compensation and People Analytics on methodology, semantic layers, and the compensation data mart.
  • Own the product and analytics roadmap, including launches, adoption, enablement, and change management.
  • Improve Compensation Partner productivity across the range-review process.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and requirements for the compensation product area.
  • Own integrations with recruiter offer guidance, budget modeling, headcount planning, and Workday range loads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience shipping products end to end, including a data- or workflow-heavy internal or B2B product.
  • Experience converting manual, judgment-heavy operational processes into products with rules, guardrails, recommendations, and measurable productivity gains.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience defining recommendation metrics, evaluating precision and recall, and distinguishing anomalies from meaningful signals.
  • Experience shipping AI- or model-assisted features using rule or prompt design, evaluation sets, and measurement against human decisions.
  • Excellent partnership and communication skills with operational and subject-matter experts.
  • Experience integrating custom-built tools and third-party SaaS such as HRIS, ATS, survey, benchmarking, and BI systems.
  • Direct Compensation or Total Rewards experience preferred, including range architecture, market pricing, survey data, compa-ratio, leveling, or budget planning.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake, or Sigma preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-brand, multi-region, and multi-currency environments and related data-privacy constraints preferred.
  • Experience with semantic layers or natural-language querying over governed datasets preferred.
