Description

  • Own the overall Listening product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
  • Research customer jobs, market needs, competitive trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver product initiatives while balancing customer commitments, risk, effort, and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Packaging to optimize Listening pricing, retention, expansion, and multi-product adoption.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to support successful launches and adoption.
  • Establish feedback systems using pipeline, usage, adoption, churn, competitive, and customer data.
  • Engage directly with customers and support internal customer escalations.
  • Communicate product progress, risks, challenges, and strategic changes across R&D and the wider company.
  • Lead roadmap planning, release organization, success-metric development, and cross-team execution.
  • Identify innovations and improvements that increase customer and business value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in a B2B product-led SaaS or analytics environment.
  • Proven success leading product growth within a multi-product portfolio.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market leaders.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts, constraints, and trade-offs and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer discovery, user empathy, analytical, commercial, and pricing opportunity assessment skills.
  • Curiosity about rapidly changing social, software, and product management landscapes.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, time-management, and project-management skills.
  • Candidates must work in the EST or CST time zone.
  • Candidates must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
