Description

  • Own the Listening product strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and success metrics.
  • Develop deep insight into customer needs, workflows, market trends, competitive dynamics, adoption, and usage.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver product investments while balancing customer commitments, risk, effort, and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with pricing and packaging teams to optimize pricing, retention, expansion, and multi-product attachment.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to align product direction, launches, and adoption efforts.
  • Track customer feedback, pipeline, churn, closed-lost drivers, and usage signals to inform product decisions.
  • Lead roadmap planning, product execution, research, release organization, and cross-team delivery.
  • Build alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, R&D, and executive stakeholders.
  • Represent Listening strategy, technical trade-offs, roadmap progress, risks, and opportunities internally and externally.
  • Identify new customer value opportunities and improve product-team collaboration and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in a B2B product-led SaaS or analytics environment.
  • Proven success leading product growth within a multi-product portfolio company.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts, constraints, and trade-offs and explain them to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong continuous-discovery mindset with customer empathy, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Experience identifying usage, business impact, pricing, and growth opportunities.
  • Curiosity about rapidly changing social, software, and product-management landscapes, with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Candidates must be located in the U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.

  • Hiring range of $164,800–$206,000 annually; geographic salary bands extend to $271,900 in Zone 1.
