Description

  • Design technical solutions for complex, mission-critical problems across multiple client engagements.
  • Define scalable architecture patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Mentor senior engineers and architects while supporting technical excellence and career development.
  • Promote AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices across teams and client engagements.
  • Ensure solution scalability, security, operational efficiency, and architectural consistency.
  • Define KPIs, monitor solution health, manage technical risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, proposals, statements of work, and scope definition.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and support the development of client relationships.

Requirements

  • Several years of tenure at CI&T with a consistent record of high-performance delivery.
  • Current Architecture Manager experience or Systems Architect experience demonstrating readiness for the role.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to own outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including work with international or multinational clients.
  • Strong engineering background in systems design, technical problem-solving, and architectural thinking.
  • Experience with digital product development and cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Experience with pre-sales, technical proposals, client presentations, statements of work, and scope documentation.
  • Ability to align technical and business stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
