Description

  • Design and drive technical solutions for complex, mission-critical client problems across multiple engagements.
  • Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices that scale across projects.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor to clients.
  • Mentor senior engineers and architects to strengthen technical excellence and career development.
  • Champion AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices across teams and client engagements.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and gather requirements with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and present technical proposals, scope definitions, and statements of work.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and help build business cases for additional services.
  • Ensure deployed solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally efficient.
  • Maintain architectural consistency and alignment with CI&T governance frameworks and technical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Several years of tenure at CI&T with a proven track record of consistent, high-performance delivery on one or more client engagements.
  • Currently operating at Architecture Manager level, or a Systems Architect ready to step into the role.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to own outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Strong client-facing experience with consistent, positive engagement in client-facing positions.
  • Strong engineering background in systems design, technical problem-solving, and architectural thinking.
  • Advanced English proficiency for day-to-day communication and complex technical discussions with international clients.
  • Experience working on projects with international or multinational clients.
  • Proactive, self-directed mindset with comfort owning growth initiatives and new opportunities.
  • Experience with data modernization, cloud platforms, or data engineering such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data architectures (preferred).
  • Background in regulated industries such as fintech, mortgage, healthcare, or insurance (preferred).
  • Experience in pre-sales, technical proposal development, and client presentations (preferred).
  • Experience writing or collaborating on statements of work and scope documentation (preferred).
  • Comfort facilitating alignment between technical and business stakeholders across organizational levels (preferred).
