Description

  • Lead technical implementations and drive customer adoption of Chainguard Images across the organization.
  • Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, pain points, and solution strategy.
  • Act as the customer’s technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
  • Test, document, and validate Chainguard Images to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and influence prioritization.
  • Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support value realization, retention, and growth.
  • Teach, learn from, and support cross-functional teammates as part of the Chainguard team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including engineers and executives.
  • Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Location in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Experience with complex problem-solving and a strong drive for continuous learning (preferred).
