Description

  • Assess and validate the current multi-platform data architecture and MDM strategy.
  • Define and deliver the master data management architecture for core entities across five platforms.
  • Develop and implement enterprise data governance policies for ownership, lineage, access controls, and stewardship.
  • Lead entity mapping for counterparties and products to enable straight-through processing across trading and ERP workflows.
  • Architect scalable, resilient integration patterns for the Azure-based middleware layer.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based technical leads during discovery to identify risks and define remediation roadmaps.
  • Evaluate out-of-the-box versus custom-built MDM approaches using structured SWOT analysis.
  • Translate architectural decisions into clear guidance for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for data lineage, access controls, Data Fabric evolution, and AI-augmented architectures.

Requirements

  • Advanced English communication skills (C1 or above).
  • Solid experience in Data Architecture and MDM strategy in enterprise environments.
  • Experience delivering full end-to-end data architectures.
  • Experience designing data governance frameworks in regulated environments such as financial services, commodity trading, or ESG/energy markets.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an embedded role without a dedicated team.
  • Experience with Azure-based data architectures and middleware integration patterns such as Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with carbon markets, ESG data structures, or financial trading platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with Data Fabric or Data Mesh patterns, RAG-based AI strategies, or contract lifecycle management systems (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as DAMA CDMP or Azure Solutions Architect (preferred).
  • Experience working across LATAM or North American cross-cultural technical teams (preferred).
