Description

  • Own the DLP and ZTNA strategy for endpoints, cloud applications, and communication channels.
  • Define and enforce data classification and handling policies for employees and third parties.
  • Manage and improve security controls for corporate SaaS platforms such as Databricks, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Define and enforce document retention and disposal policies in line with LGPD, GDPR, and internal governance requirements.
  • Partner with CSIRT and investigation teams during data exfiltration incidents.
  • Monitor insider threat indicators and develop behavioral analytics rules to detect anomalous data access or movement.
  • Define and enforce device posture policies so only compliant devices can access corporate systems.
  • Analyze the security architecture of data integrations between internal systems, partners, and customers.
  • Identify risks in APIs, ETL pipelines, and file transfers and propose compensating controls.
  • Work with engineering and data teams to embed security requirements into integration design and support compliance and sensitive data mapping initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data protection, DLP, ZTNA, and information security governance.
  • Solid knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, including ZTNA, conditional access, and device posture.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS security hardening for tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Databricks.
  • Understanding of data architecture concepts such as APIs, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms.
  • Familiarity with LGPD, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for anomaly detection, data classification, or security automation with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills to trace data leaks to root cause.
  • Ability to make autonomous, risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive leadership mindset with ability to influence stakeholders, mentor others, and scale impact.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience with SASE platforms such as Netskope or Zscaler is preferred.
  • Experience with DSPM tools such as Netskope, Cyera, or Wiz is preferred.
  • Experience in data engineering or analytics is preferred.
  • CISM, CDPSE, CISSP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
