Description

  • Define, implement, and govern architectural standards, design principles, and best practices across multiple projects and teams.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance to engineering teams and align technology decisions with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure API-first integration strategies.
  • Oversee architecture decisions for Azure hosting to optimize scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and deployment strategies.
  • Partner with product owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
  • Identify architectural risks and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role such as Architecture Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of .NET and modern software architecture principles.
  • Solid experience with API integration and API-first design approaches.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Azure hosting and cloud-based architecture solutions.
  • Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and distributed system design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Experience with OEM integrations is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site frequently is a plus, though remote work is fully considered.
