Description

  • Develop and evolve solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Implement customizations, configurations, and integrations following Salesforce best practices.
  • Build components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Participate in integrations with corporate systems using REST, SOAP, and Web Services APIs.
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to version control, deployment, and software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
  • Use AI and Agentforce capabilities to enhance solution delivery and user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of declarative (point-and-click) and programmatic development.
  • Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, ETL, and Web Services APIs.
  • Knowledge of code versioning and deployment processes on Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in agile and collaborative environments.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce and interest in applying AI within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, AI Associate, or AI Specialist are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with Headless Commerce or integrations with custom front ends is a plus.
  • Experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions on Salesforce is a plus.
