Description

  • Create and operate customer marketing programs focused on retention, revenue expansion, and reinforcing value perception among active clients.
  • Translate commercial account plans into personalized ABM/ABX campaigns, engagement journeys, and enterprise account experiences.
  • Connect Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to support cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Plan executive-level activations, content, and high-value experiences for C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build scalable frameworks and repeatable account expansion playbooks to help the team grow marketing operations.
  • Develop advocacy initiatives that turn current customers into brand promoters through case studies, references, and similar assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise environments in Customer Marketing, ABM/ABX, Customer Success, or Growth Marketing.
  • Experience preferably in technology companies, consultancies, or digital transformation businesses.
  • Advanced to fluent English, essential for market analysis, relationship building, and strategic interaction.
  • Experience working with complex, cross-functional corporate stakeholders and consultative selling environments involving large accounts.
  • Strong analytical profile with a focus on business metrics and ROI.
  • Practical familiarity with applied AI, automation, and AI agents for marketing optimization and personalization at scale is a plus.
  • Role is based in Brazil/Campinas, SP, and candidates living in the Campinas Metropolitan Region must attend the city office according to the current attendance policy.
