Description

  • Own the full revenue funnel and P&L from acquisition through repeat payments, including ROAS and blended payback targets.
  • Develop and execute the revenue growth strategy across paid traffic, product growth, and monetization.
  • Own channel mix, budget allocation, and scaling decisions across mobile and web acquisition.
  • Generate, prioritize, and validate growth and monetization hypotheses with Product and Tech teams.
  • Drive prioritization of Product Owner backlogs for growth-related work.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across onboarding, activation, paywalls, coin-packs, and pricing.
  • Own unit economics and the cohort LTV model, including CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS, and payback.
  • Partner with Payments and Risk to improve payment conversion, approval rates, and web/direct billing.
  • Build revenue dashboards and maintain a single source of truth for performance metrics.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, Head of Marketing, Head of DS & AI, and Product Owners to align growth priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing for dating, social discovery, live-streaming, or IAP products.
  • Experience working across both mobile app and web funnels.
  • Strong command of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROMI, payback, and contribution margin.
  • Proven experience scaling paid acquisition on Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic/DSP platforms such as Moloco.
  • Solid experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience with cohort analysis and predictive LTV modeling.
  • Working knowledge of mobile attribution/MMP tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, web analytics, server-side tracking such as GA4 and Meta CAPI, web2app deep-linking, and incrementality testing.
  • Experience managing growth, marketing, or media-buying teams.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) and Ukrainian.
  • Advanced user of Anthropic and OpenAI tools.
  • Experience in payments, payment product management, or working closely with PSP/acquiring teams is a plus.
