Description

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team developing mobile and backend applications for the SuperApp redesign project.
  • Coordinate delivery of demands and act as the bridge between business, product, technical, and development teams.
  • Run agile ceremonies and support team execution through agile practices.
  • Ensure performance indicators and metrics are tracked with an agentic AI development perspective.
  • Use agentic AI to accelerate the development flow and identify bottlenecks across the delivery process.
  • Map risks, pending items, dependencies, conflicts, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Participate in solution definition meetings between business and engineering teams.
  • Drive action plans to reduce lead time and improve rollout delivery within the client’s process.
  • Ensure implementation of demands and production rollout are completed successfully.
  • Manage people, roadmap priorities, and execution follow-up for the redesign squad.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and agent development for process optimization in the development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
  • Familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
  • Experience participating in solution definition and alignment meetings between business and engineering.
  • Ability to monitor technical and business metrics and indicators.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira or other demand management tools.
  • Mobile development knowledge in Android and iOS, or backend systems, is a plus.
  • Availability to be at the client site in São Paulo several days per week.
  • Availability to work in Campinas metropolitan region office when required by the company policy.
