Description

  • Lead Salesforce implementations involving standard configurations, custom development, and data migration.
  • Support platform maintenance by resolving incidents and driving continuous Salesforce evolution.
  • Manage versioning and deployment processes, promoting CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues as the team’s technical reference.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to align deliveries with business objectives.
  • Work in an agile, collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process and risk mapping.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with programmatic development using Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience integrating via REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of deployment practices, CI/CD, MVC architecture, and Git-based version control.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Salesforce Developer II and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with Media Cloud and other Salesforce solutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce and complementary Salesforce ecosystem tools is preferred.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer I certifications are required/present in the posting.
