Description

  • Operate the software development lifecycle natively with AI as part of the regular workflow.
  • Design and maintain specifications that serve as primary input for AI-driven development.
  • Use AI to generate code, create tests, refactor code, and support debugging.
  • Build and orchestrate multi-step agents that use tools and interact with repositories, pipelines, and APIs.
  • Create reusable skills and compose capabilities into larger AI-powered workflows.
  • Integrate solutions through MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent interfaces.
  • Develop slash commands and prompt-structured operational interfaces.
  • Orchestrate multi-agent or human-plus-agent workflows across development processes.
  • Integrate with Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability tools.
  • Evaluate AI outputs critically for quality, security, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience with one or more development languages such as Angular, Node, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from design to operate.
  • Advanced use of AI in development workflows, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Experience building agents with multi-step planning and execution, including tool usage.
  • Experience creating reusable skills and composing capabilities.
  • Experience integrating through MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar approaches.
  • Experience building slash commands or prompt-based operational interfaces.
  • Experience orchestrating workflows involving multiple agents or humans and agents.
  • Ability to assess AI-generated outputs for quality, security, and consistency.
