Description

  • Analyze and refine high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures.
  • Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and automation frameworks for complex workflows.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI-enabled features, including infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for international clients.
  • Build, maintain, and scale backend and frontend components supporting AI solutions.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to support safe, high-velocity releases.
  • Research and propose tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve team productivity and product performance.
  • Ensure squads understand and can effectively use the AI pipelines and solutions you build.

Requirements

  • Significant professional experience in software development.
  • Strong full-stack experience across backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with React, PostgreSQL, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems such as Kafka or EventHub.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud infrastructure, especially Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
  • Expertise in automated testing across unit, integration, and E2E levels.
  • Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems.
  • Proven experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or tools like Claude Code and Codex.
  • Advanced or fluent English is required.
  • Comfort leading in a fast-paced, iterative Agile environment.
