Description

  • Design and oversee end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model orchestration, and scalable inference endpoints.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies to optimize performance, cost, and latency.
  • Architect frameworks for RAG, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning strategies to improve model accuracy and relevance.
  • Establish best practices for MLOps and LLMOps, including CI/CD for AI models and version control.
  • Partner with Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, and Product Leads to translate business goals into AI features.
  • Implement security protocols and ethical guardrails for AI usage, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and cost management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software architecture focused on deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
  • Deep proficiency in Generative AI, vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Expert-level Python coding skills and familiarity with modern backend stacks such as C#/.NET, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and storage tools such as Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Mastery of cloud-native AI services in AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (Azure OpenAI), or GCP (Vertex AI).
  • Advanced English proficiency, with fluent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization tools such as vLLM or TensorRT (preferred).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow for model lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, neural network design, and current peer-reviewed AI research (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-specific security threats such as prompt injection and data poisoning (preferred).
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
