Description

  • Lead technical discussions and provide clarity and direction for architectural decisions across development teams.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures with a focus on Azure and AWS.
  • Plan and execute migrations of complex workloads to the cloud.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards, guidelines, best practices, and legacy system diagnostics.
  • Mentor the team in using AI accelerators to improve engineering processes and business solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members.
  • Create and maintain HLAs, ADRs, and technical specifications for different stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Based in Brazil; candidates in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas must attend the office according to the current attendance policy.
  • Experience designing high-performance, scalable architectures.
  • Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Java 17+ and the Spring ecosystem (Boot/Cloud) for containerized microservices; Python and Node.js are a plus.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA), messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Terraform or Bicep.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols such as TCP/IP.
  • Experience migrating complex systems from on-premises to the cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to development and architecture is a plus.
  • Understanding of Design Patterns, SOA, and Microservices is a plus.
