Description

  • Design and develop scalable and resilient backend solutions using Java.
  • Work on BFF solutions focused on mobile applications.
  • Ensure code quality with a strong focus on maintainability and performance.
  • Promote engineering best practices such as TDD, BDD, DDD, and Clean Code.
  • Review and optimize code, and participate in pair programming and mentoring.
  • Translate complex business rules into efficient technical implementations in collaboration with business teams.
  • Share technical knowledge and support development teams.
  • Guide requirements gathering with clients and define technical directions.
  • Own backend technical matters across projects and products.
  • Produce technical documentation and ensure application security.
  • Propose solutions independently and support technical decision-making at different leadership levels.
  • Facilitate consensus on complex technical decisions and align development teams.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Java 8+.
  • Experience creating software components for development platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and AWS Cloud.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including MongoDB and Redis.
  • Advanced knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and microservices.
  • Knowledge of agile practices and development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
