Description

  • Build and maintain executive-level decks, dashboards, and status reports that clearly communicate portfolio progress and value to leadership.
  • Ensure data and AI teams follow consistent agile practices in Azure DevOps, including unified sprint cadences and standardized ceremonies.
  • Guide Data Product Managers on backlog prioritization based on business value and help shift teams toward a business-oriented backlog model.
  • Act as the primary bridge between delivery teams and business or executive stakeholders, aligning priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Share people management responsibilities, including supporting hiring, conducting interviews, giving absence guidance, and supporting team development and engagement.
  • Step into a Product Data Manager role when needed to support product-level decisions and clarify value propositions for data products.
  • Promote collaboration and visibility across CI&T teams and other consultancies operating in the PepsiCo data ecosystem.
  • Support the structuring of data governance processes, including AIOps practices, PI planning, and unified sprint models.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and capacity issues, escalate when needed, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Absorb and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the PepsiCo data landscape, including teams, stakeholders, tools, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1 level or above, with mandatory reading, writing, and speaking ability.
  • Proven experience in Data Product Management or Data Management roles with progression toward strategic or portfolio-level responsibilities.
  • Strong portfolio management mindset with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar, including sprint planning, PI planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management and delivery tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations and communicate complex data initiatives to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong people leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships in demanding client and multi-vendor environments.
  • Experience working in large CPG/FMCG companies or similarly complex enterprise environments, preferred.
  • Familiarity with data architecture concepts such as ETL pipelines, dashboards, and ML pipelines, preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multi-vendor or multi-consultancy data engagements, preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML project dynamics and how to measure business value from advanced analytics initiatives, preferred.
  • Exposure to OKR frameworks or value-based roadmap planning techniques, preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools at a product ownership level, preferred.
