Description

  • Lead ISR development and deployment programs from start to finish with the customer and engineering team.
  • Own the project schedule and roadmap in partnership with technical leads.
  • Work closely with customers to understand mission challenges and represent customer needs internally.
  • Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose alternatives when needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build solutions and adjust deployment plans to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations teams.
  • Tailor technical and program narratives for government stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and other audiences.
  • Operationally deploy and deliver demonstrations, tests, site deployments, and sustainment activities.
  • Remove obstacles, manage escalations, and resolve communication or schedule gaps to keep programs on track.
  • Drive execution on time and on budget while balancing competing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Recent experience managing DoD programs.
  • Operational background with technically advanced systems involving complex software and hardware products.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical or programmatic reports to leadership and customers.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Current active U.S. Secret security clearance that can be maintained.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and adapt strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and simplify complex problems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
