Description

  • Own and optimize the delivery system across all client engagements using Asana or similar tools.
  • Maintain standardized project templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards.
  • Set up engagements consistently from day one and build scalable delivery practices for the practice areas.
  • Translate engagement goals into detailed execution plans with owners, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Maintain near-term priorities and longer-term backlogs for all active engagements.
  • Run weekly internal production meetings, drive agendas, and ensure clear next steps and ownership.
  • Identify blockers, scope creep, timeline risk, dependency issues, and overages before they escalate.
  • Track progress against roadmaps, milestones, pacing, and scope across the portfolio.
  • Produce weekly reporting summaries and provide leadership with decision-ready visibility into portfolio health.
  • Partner with Consulting Operations and Practice Leaders to support delivery health, escalation, and operational visibility.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, agency, or fast-paced client service environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining delivery quality across competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar delivery management platforms.
  • Experience building templates, governance models, reporting cadences, and delivery processes.
  • Ability to turn high-level goals into sequenced, owner-assigned execution plans.
  • Working knowledge of modern GTM functions such as sales, enablement, RevOps, CRM, analytics, and automation.
  • Comfort supporting AI-related engagements involving strategy, workflow automation, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
  • Experience managing a portfolio or book of work rather than a single project.
  • Strong executive presence and structured communication, with comfort leading internal meetings and holding teams accountable.
