Description

  • Act as the Tech Lead’s right hand, supporting day-to-day technical decisions and helping strengthen the team’s technical capability.
  • Lead technical refinement of demands, including deep analysis and debugging of legacy code to create accurate refinements.
  • Unblock the team by escalating issues when needed and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Create robust documentation and clear architecture designs to guide the development team.
  • Recommend modernization initiatives, new technologies, and architectural improvements focused on application performance and cost optimization.
  • Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and strong software engineering standards across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership and the client as the main technical and strategic reference for the project.

Requirements

  • Solid prior experience working as a Software Architect.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with Java on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
  • Experience with native mobile integration and development contexts for Android and iOS.
  • Experience ensuring code quality through Design Patterns, Clean Code, SOLID, code reviews, SonarQube/OWASP, and automated testing.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2, as well as MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of DORA metrics and experience working in environments that track and improve them (preferred).
  • Experience building Dynatrace dashboards, especially using Golden Signals (preferred).
  • Ability to use AI in day-to-day work to accelerate repetitive tasks and improve quality or value (preferred).
  • Experience in continuous delivery environments with no production inventory buildup (preferred).
