Description

  • Work as a full stack developer in a generalist profile within maintenance teams supporting client-facing products.
  • Investigate complex issues and help prioritize activities to keep deliveries moving smoothly.
  • Build and maintain backend and frontend solutions across the supported product stack.
  • Ensure code remains clean, maintainable, and sustainable over time.
  • Create and maintain automated unit tests and integration tests.
  • Integrate systems using services and APIs.
  • Apply serverless and microservices architecture concepts in day-to-day development.
  • Work with monitoring and collaboration tools to support delivery and incident analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore practical use of AI in the daily workflow.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in backend and frontend projects using Node.js, Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Angular.
  • Experience with MariaDB or other relational databases.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Docker best practices.
  • Experience creating automated unit tests and integration tests.
  • Knowledge of system integration using services and/or APIs.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Basic knowledge of secure development practices and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Good communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and investigate complex problems.
  • Availability to work remotely in Brazil, with desired presence in São Paulo twice a week during the first month.
  • Preferred experience with .NET.
  • Preferred experience with React.
  • Preferred experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database.
  • Preferred experience with data migration strategies.
  • Preferred experience with GCP and Terraform/IaC.
  • Preferred experience with WordPress, PHP, and Firebase.
