Description

  • Provide Level 2 support for complex technical solutions in production environments.
  • Investigate, analyze, and interpret logs to identify and resolve incidents and root causes.
  • Troubleshoot systems composed of multiple components from different vendors and integrations.
  • Use and create scripts and service processes to support operational activities.
  • Work directly with an international client and communicate findings and updates clearly.
  • Help prevent recurring issues by contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team in a proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving manner.
  • Support critical customer systems with flexibility for scheduled weekend coverage and shifted hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL.
  • Experience with Level 2 (L2) support, investigation, analysis, and troubleshooting in complex production environments.
  • Experience interpreting logs for systems with multiple components and integrations such as services, queues, and files.
  • Experience using and creating scripts and service processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ease of communication.
  • English reading and writing proficiency, with the ability to communicate with native speakers.
  • Availability to eventually work on weekends, typically up to 1 weekend per month.
  • Availability to work shifted hours, typically 4:00 PM–1:00 AM Brazilian time, or night shift from 12:00 AM–9:00 AM.
  • Preferred: fluent English and intermediate or fluent Spanish.
  • Preferred: experience with Jira, ITSM, Trello, MongoDB, SQL, Postman, AWS, and Azure.
