Description

  • Develop and orchestrate generative AI agents for voice and chat channels.
  • Build conversational flows with low latency and high accuracy.
  • Integrate legacy systems through the MCP protocol.
  • Ensure full observability using Langfuse.
  • Develop Python-based customer service orchestrators.
  • Configure security layers for the solution.
  • Integrate corporate tools such as CRM and billing systems via MCP Servers.
  • Instrument traces to monitor costs and performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure.
  • Recommended experience with GenAI integrations or Microsoft Foundry.
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework.
  • Ability to work in a remote/home office setup, with in-office attendance required for candidates living in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas.
  • Ability to provide disability documentation during the hiring process if applicable.
