Description

  • Lead customer-facing onboarding activities including discovery, desired outcome creation, success planning, and platform training.
  • Perform back-office onboarding tasks such as new account activations, platform configuration, and keyword or search setup and refinement.
  • Track and execute against onboarding KPIs including milestone completion, response time, time to value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate customer goals and desired outcomes into Cision Customer Success deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of Cision platforms to support successful onboarding.
  • Work consultatively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance on platform adoption.
  • Engage customers throughout the onboarding period to address questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer-facing teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding to customer success.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role managing multiple projects to deadline.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners while coordinating customer deliverables.
  • Understanding of how to demonstrate the use and adoption of Cision software and services to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Advanced listening and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and concisely in writing and speaking.
  • Experience working in a global newswire or media distribution organization is favorable.
  • Experience in customer relations or communications is favorable.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or customer success software is desired.
