Description

  • Develop pricing strategies, frameworks, recommendations, structures, packaging, discount approaches, and monetization models.
  • Conduct pricing, financial, customer, competitive, and market analyses to identify revenue and profitability opportunities.
  • Lead pricing initiatives for new offerings, product changes, market expansion, and strategic business priorities.
  • Set up and maintain SKUs, global price books, price lists, and related pricing resources across systems and processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align pricing decisions with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on complex commercial opportunities, pricing exceptions, and non-standard requirements.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses assessing revenue, margin, customer, and business impacts.
  • Establish and improve pricing methodologies, governance, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor pricing performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments based on market and business results.
  • Serve as a pricing subject matter expert and influence stakeholders on pricing and monetization decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience conducting complex pricing and financial analyses and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing pricing structures, price lists, price books, SKUs, or related pricing processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills focused on revenue, margin, and profitability impacts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience working with large or complex datasets.
  • Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex pricing concepts and influence decisions.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with global or multi-market pricing, B2B, SaaS, subscription, or technology-based monetization models preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, pricing, business intelligence platforms, pricing governance, or advanced pricing methodologies preferred.
