Description

  • Lead and continuously improve the company’s treasury function, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with international banks and EMIs, including negotiating fees, credit terms, and service conditions.
  • Analyze banking costs and identify opportunities to reduce fees and optimize providers.
  • Manage the opening and closing of bank and EMI accounts across jurisdictions.
  • Own KYC processes and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and foreign exchange risks, including managing currency exposure.
  • Prepare payment documentation, oversee bank cards, and execute payments when needed.
  • Prepare management reporting on turnover, balances, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with banks on refunds, chargebacks, and account-related issues.
  • Automate treasury processes, support ERP implementation, and contribute to ad hoc management projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Treasury Manager, preferably in IT, fintech, or a multi-jurisdictional business.
  • Hands-on experience with international banks, EMIs, and payment systems including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and online banking.
  • Experience opening and closing bank or EMI accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with crypto payments or exchanges is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence negotiating fees and terms with banks.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency in speaking and writing.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency cash-flow forecasting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, and experience in fintech or high-growth technology environments are preferred.
