Description

  • Execute and oversee portfolio implementations for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Coordinate with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Trading teams.
  • Communicate investment philosophies, strategies, implementation status, and portfolio updates.
  • Lead presentations on investment topics for Wealth Advisor teams.
  • Match advisor objectives with appropriate investment strategies, models, and account configurations.
  • Draft, support, and audit investment analytics, proposals, and client deliverables.
  • Manage concurrent workflows and implementations while meeting service-level agreements.
  • Audit implementations to ensure alignment with target portfolio objectives.
  • Support new Portfolio Consultants in developing investment-platform competencies.
  • Identify workflow issues and collaborate with central teams on process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of financial industry experience.
  • CFP® and/or Series 65 required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in business, economics, psychology, or finance.
  • CFA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of capital markets, portfolio design, and investment management.
  • Expertise with complex investment vehicles, public and private markets, models, and investment platforms.
  • Knowledge of short- and long-term capital gains tax and portfolio transition planning.
  • Orion and Morningstar experience preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel and data analytics skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects accurately and independently.
  • Remote work capability; preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional early or late hours; travel up to 10%.

  • Base salary range of $89,250–$105,000, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
