Description

  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries by phone, chat, and email while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Set up, review, confirm, and process PR Newswire distribution orders accurately.
  • Vet submitted content for acceptability and verify order details before sending information to the processing queue.
  • Counsel clients on additional product solutions and educate them on PR Newswire products, services, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer problems whenever possible and act as the point of resolution.
  • Meet or exceed assigned activity metrics.
  • Use Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Suite, and other proprietary platforms and databases.
  • Reprioritize workload as needed to meet service level agreements.
  • Partner with internal teams including Finance, Technology, Sales, and Product to support customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 1 year of successful customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills required.
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer types and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Must be flexible with schedule, including some overtime and holiday coverage.
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Suite, or similar platforms preferred.
