Description

  • Provide ongoing support to existing key accounts.
  • Conduct sales research to identify new sales and cross-sell opportunities with current clients.
  • Analyze market and customer potential to reduce termination risk.
  • Manage contracts, deliverables, and deadlines for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activity.
  • Prepare for and lead customer meetings and product demonstrations independently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Completed studies and at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Experience in a sales role focused on existing customers or new business.
  • Interest in account management with a focus on upselling SaaS products and client engagement.
  • Ability to adapt, handle objections, and learn complex solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Media industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
