Description

  • Build and scale the sales team, including account executives, sales development representatives, and regional leaders.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top sales talent to create a high-performing sales culture.
  • Set accountability structures, performance metrics, and coaching frameworks across the sales organization.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with company growth targets and leadership priorities.
  • Create scalable sales processes, methodologies, and best-practice playbooks for repeatable revenue growth.
  • Own new business revenue targets and pipeline development across all target verticals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SaaS sales metrics, including ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and CAC.
  • Forecast revenue and manage pipeline health on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and target account identification.
  • Represent the company at industry events and help shape market message, positioning, and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • At least 5 highly successful years managing a team selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and larger clients.
  • At least 8+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Experience selling consultatively with deal sizes ranging from €25K to €250K ARR or more.
  • Experience building and leading a growth team of closers, farmers, and prospectors in an early-stage high-growth startup (preferred).
  • Strong experience working with Marketing in an account-based marketing go-to-market motion.
  • Experience developing sales processes, sales materials, and scaling a sales engine.
  • Experience in SaaS technology sales, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, and professional services organizations.
  • Ability to pitch ideas and solutions to customer boards, executive teams, industry experts, and influencers.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and associated sales tools.
  • Prior experience in a venture-backed startup technology company is essential.
