Description

Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, outside sales.
Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
Build a book of business from partner and inbound leads while developing outbound and referral strategies.
Run web demos and present the product value to a variety of prospects and audiences.
Qualify prospects and drive deals from initial contact through close.
Maintain and nurture customer and prospect relationships to support repeat and referral business.
Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and key performance indicators.
Work with the manager to review pipeline data and improve conversion rates.
Shape and improve sales strategy, tools, and content with input from the team.
Complete frequent restaurant drop-ins across the territory.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in outside/field sales with a track record of consistent overachievement.
Ability to travel 45% within the market and a reliable means of transportation.
Genuine curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
Experience building lasting relationships and referral-driven business.
Strong knowledge of competitors, market trends, and buyer decision-making.
Coachability and willingness to learn and master sales processes and technology.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
A work-hard, stay-positive, and implement-feedback mindset.
Comfort with a competitive environment and a desire to continuously improve.
Experience with SFDC reports and dashboards is preferred.
