Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, outside sales.
  • Own revenue generation by converting qualified leads into opportunities and managing the full sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting, referral, and partner-lead strategies to build a book of business.
  • Run in-product web demos for different audiences.
  • Qualify prospects, nurture leads, and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to use ChowNow’s value-selling methodology effectively.
  • Work with your manager to review pipeline, improve conversion rates, and use coaching and data-driven insights.
  • Share best practices and help shape improvements to the team’s sales strategy, tools, and content.
  • Maintain territory planning, reporting, and dashboard usage in SFDC to track pipeline and KPIs.
  • Travel within the market approximately 45% of the time and maintain reliable transportation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-change sales environment.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a referral-based book of business.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Market awareness, including knowledge of competitors and current trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn sales process and technology quickly.
  • Comfort with a competitive, collaborative team culture and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to work in person across the Washington, D.C. territory and travel 45% within the market.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Preferred familiarity with SFDC dashboards, pipeline reporting, and full-cycle outside sales.
