Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, full-cycle outside sales.
  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and closing deals.
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline sourced from partner, inbound, outbound, and referral leads.
  • Develop and execute territory and outbound prospecting plans to build a book of business.
  • Run in-product web demos for prospects and tailor presentations to different audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to apply ChowNow’s value-selling methodology.
  • Work closely with management to review pipeline health, coaching insights, and conversion opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline progress, KPIs, and quota performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer and referral relationships within the territory.
  • Contribute best practices, tools, and sales content to help improve team performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a track record of consistent overachievement in sales.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
  • Ability to travel 45% within the market and access to a reliable means of transportation.
  • Curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and interest in developing a referral-based book of business.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn sales processes and technology quickly.
  • Comfort working with Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to work in a competitive, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Preferred mindset includes working hard, staying positive, and implementing feedback.
