Description

  • Direct, manage, and drive a mid-market sales team toward double-digit net ARR growth goals.
  • Help evolve the mid-market go-to-market strategy, including sales process discipline, methodology, win rates, and selling motions.
  • Grow and develop the sales team while using KPI and metrics to track progress.
  • Refine messaging, positioning, product demos, and sales tools based on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Identify and pursue new markets and verticals for commercial expansion.
  • Assess opportunities to leverage partners for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers, especially in Marketing and Product.
  • Build and sustain a winning team culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years managing a team of SaaS mid-market sellers with a $3-5 million revenue growth stream.
  • 3-5x forecast ratio pipeline/growth and development experience.
  • Experience with territory planning, account assignment, and execution.
  • Experience across multiple verticals such as healthcare, education, government, or public safety.
  • Experience helping lead a go-to-market organization in a high-growth, product-oriented B2B software company, preferably one scaled to $50M+ in revenue.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader with a player/coach mentality.
  • Experience leading teams that sell both transactional and consultative deals to customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a repeatable sales strategy and improve team discipline and rigor.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing, mentoring, delegating, and holding people accountable.
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically with cross-functional peers.
  • Data-driven, analytical, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and inclusive approach with strong communication and integrity.
  • 30-50% travel required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
