Description

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of up to 15 Sales Agents.
  • Take full ownership of the team’s commercial performance.
  • Coach agents to improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data and daily performance management.
  • Monitor and manage customer conversion, deposits, and retention-focused sales activity.
  • Use accountability measures and performance tracking to keep the team on track.
  • Develop a high-energy team culture focused on consistently exceeding goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading sales or call center teams of 10+ people.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese with good working English.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in iGaming, sales, or customer retention is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Portugal or Eastern Europe.
