Description

  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and closing new business.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person sales conversations and run in-product web demos for different audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to apply ChowNow’s value-selling methodology.
  • Build and nurture relationships with independent restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Prioritize strategic opportunities and resources to maximize sales output.
  • Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and KPIs.
  • Work with your manager to review pipeline performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Share best practices and help shape the team’s sales strategy, tools, and content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a consistent track record of over-achievement in sales.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
  • Ability to work 45% travel within the market and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a referral-driven book of business.
  • Market knowledge, including awareness of competitors and current trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn sales process, technology, and buyer decision-making.
  • Comfort working in a competitive, high-performance team culture.
  • Full-cycle outside sales experience, from qualifying through close (preferred).
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports (preferred).
