Description

  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to close new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person outside sales with independent restaurants across the Cleveland territory.
  • Run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Work deals through a full-cycle sales process from qualification to close.
  • Manage and nurture relationships to expand referrals and long-term business.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to evaluate pipeline health and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to improve sales strategy, tools, and content.
  • Share best practices and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, collaborative sales environment.
  • Curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Experience building lasting relationships and developing a referral-based book of business.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn and master a value-selling methodology.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to frequent changes in process and technology.
  • Reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel 45% within the market.
  • Self-motivated, gritty, and able to work hard in a competitive environment.
  • No direct reports; position reports to a Sales Leader.
