Description

  • Own and further develop a sales territory in North/East Baden-Württemberg with an established customer base and strong growth potential.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals and intervention-focused physicians in radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology.
  • Provide product guidance and clinical support for the use of Penumbra’s innovative products.
  • Independently launch new products and deliver persuasive presentations to users and purchasing stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing accounts strategically, develop them further, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the healthcare sector.
  • Implement regional sales and marketing strategies with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Support interventional procedures and provide direct assistance in the clinical environment.
  • Represent Penumbra at congresses, workshops, and professional events.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration.
  • Several years of sales experience with strong closing ability and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities in a structured way.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to build sustainable, trustworthy relationships in the hospital environment.
  • Ideally experience in the cath lab with a focus on the cardiovascular area, including vascular surgery and peripheral interventions.
  • Experience in systematically building and developing sales territories.
  • Strong interest in innovative MedTech solutions and their clinical use in interventional settings.
  • Professional presence with strong communication and presentation skills for clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • High learning agility and the ability to quickly and systematically absorb complex medical and technical content.
  • Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mindset and strong execution skills in the field.
  • Structured, self-directed, and reliable working style with a high level of personal responsibility and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • High willingness to travel within the sales territory.
