Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person, outside sales efforts.
  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to create new sales opportunities.
  • Run in-product web demos for different audiences and present the platform’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to apply ChowNow’s value-selling methodology.
  • Manage full-cycle deals from qualification through close.
  • Maintain and nurture customer and referral relationships to support repeat and referral business.
  • Review reports and dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) to evaluate pipeline health and KPIs.
  • Work with management to audit pipeline performance and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent overachievement.
  • Willingness to travel 45% within the market and have reliable transportation.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and a referral-driven book of business.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced sales culture with frequent change and quick adaptation.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn process and technology.
  • Knowledge of competitors, current market trends, and how buyers make decisions.
  • Ability to work hard, stay positive, and implement feedback.
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards to manage pipeline and KPIs.
  • Experience in outside sales or full-cycle sales, preferred.
