Description

  • Translate revenue projections into deployable cash and partner with Water Programs to set the grantable water expense envelope.
  • Ensure balance between donor restrictions and inventory capacity at the portfolio level, surfacing risks and helping drive solutions.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year deploy model to support large and multi-year pitch options and identify long-term opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the twice-yearly cross-functional funds allocation process with Revenue Operations and Accounting.
  • Monitor organizational cash flow, escalate cash risks, and execute strategic timing of fund liquidation.
  • Own tracking, forecasting, and reporting for operational reserves and keep leadership informed of emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year investment and liquidity model to inform investment strategy and scenario planning.
  • Support investment tracking and reporting in partnership with the Senior Director of Strategic Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic, analytical, and finance roles.
  • Background in finance with established knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Preferred experience in cash management and nonprofit restricted funds.
  • Advanced Google and Microsoft Suite skills, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
  • Ability to leverage AI to create workflow efficiencies.
  • Proven ability to work across teams to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to own and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to shift between granular and high-level analysis and distill data into actionable insights.
  • Strong detail orientation and experience producing exceptional deliverables.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
