Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails with confidence and accuracy.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork to finalize vehicle sales or leases, including financing documents.
  • Maintain records for each sale, including contact reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, expense reports, and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of trucking products, used equipment, features, accessories, and customer benefits.
  • Show equipment features and performance to customers.
  • Ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly for financing and credit approval processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and ownership documents for used trucks.
  • Collaborate with the Department of Transportation to complete sales transfers and manage required documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold technical conversations about truck sales.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and through cold calls.
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
