Description

  • Lead onboarding for new social media clients and educate them on processes and strategies.
  • Develop tailored campaign plans and ensure a smooth handoff to the Client Solutions Manager once campaigns are stabilized.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics and proactively resolve issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign reports with insights, wins, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal client solutions teams to support growth.
  • Partner with platform representatives from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels to secure resources and expertise.
  • Support senior client solutions managers with daily tasks and initiatives, and lead internal training on social media workflows and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and share platform updates, trends, and best practices across internal teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in paid social media management with a strong focus on campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including media buying, bidding models, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, and the ability to interpret metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting strategies and reports to clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Social media certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
