Description

  • Execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with client brand objectives.
  • Manage daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and related messaging channels.
  • Oversee affiliate onboarding and community engagement across messaging systems and Discord communities.
  • Set up and continuously optimize social commerce shops on TikTok and Meta to improve conversions and revenue.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as GMV, response rate, program growth, and profitability.
  • Develop commission strategies, forecasts, and goals for clients based on historical performance data.
  • Maintain regular client communication by sharing updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to identify new optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and the TikTok commerce suite.
  • Experience using an affiliate management system within TikTok Shop.
  • Experience with affiliate and ambassador programs, including at least one sub-affiliate program; Impact experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
  • Experience managing performance-focused influencer campaigns tied to conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage social media strategies autonomously.
